This message is long overdue, however, I just wanted to send a messge to tell you both how inspirational you both are to both students and teachers. I had the amazing opportunity to take classes from Linda in Las Vegas last summer (2000) and I absolutely adore her!!! Not only did she have amazing choreography, she would tell us some inspirational stories that I use to this day. She made me cry!!! over something silly like explaining the life of a teacher, and the committment and challenge of family life involved...It ended with having to feed your kids hot dogs for supper because time is so limited. I wnated to stand up and scream "I've done that!!! You're talking about me!!!" Anyway, I live in Atlantic Canada (New Brunswick) and we have been very fortunate over the last few years to have had Darryl come to us to teach some amazing classes. Hello to you both - just reminiscing about my summer as a Caravan Kid in 1991, when Linda left the tour early to prepare for your wedding and thought I would drop a note. I was thrilled to stumble onto your website - I was curious as to what the two of you have been up to - you were my favorites. I recently started dancing again after completing law school in 1999. I am now a labor lawyer in Harrisburg, PA and still find time to take class with the Hershey School of Dance and the Cumberland Dance Company and I also sit on CDC's Board of Directors and teach whenever I can.
